Please be advised that SPECTRO Analytical Instruments Inc. will, to the extent not contractually prohibited, increase prices for its products due to any increased costs imposed upon SPECTRO Analytical Instruments Inc. for or related to any additional duties, tariffs or restrictions on products that result from any governmental action or regulation including, without limitation, those contemplated by an investigation under Section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of 1962 (19 U.S.C. §1862) or those contemplated by an investigation under Section 301 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. §2411), or on any raw materials that are used in making such products. Any outstanding quotes, price lists, or similar items should be understood to be subject to update in accordance with this notice.

THE RE-EXPORT OF OUR GOODS, SOFTWARE AND TECHNOLOGIES TO RUSSIA AND BELARUS, AS WELL AS SALE AND DELIVERY FOR USE IN RUSSIA AND BELARUS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! IN CASE OF VIOLATIONS OF THE RE-EXPORT PROHIBITION, SPECTRO IS ENTITLED TO REFUSE TO FULFILL THE CONTRACT, TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT WITHOUT NOTICE, AND TO DEMAND AN APPROPRIATE CONTRACTUAL PENALTY AS WELL AS COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES.&
